WAYS TO HELP

Epilepsy Services of Southwest Florida is a volunteer nonprofit organization serving patients within our demographic area. Our work is primarily supported by State of Florida Department of Health funds. Grants and donations are gratefully accepted to supplement this funding. Due to generous discounts from testing labs, medical suppliers and pharmaceutical companies, as well as volunteer participation in our programs by many area neurologists, our cost per patient is lower than Medicaid. Your contribution is tax-deductible and can be of any amount. Every gift helps. All contributions are deeply appreciated and may be given online using a credit card or by mail using a check.

Thank you for your support!
